Lord, make me an instrument of your peace: where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; where there is sadness, joy. O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console, to be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive, it is in pardoning that we are pardoned, and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

Forgiveness, in essence, is the cancelling of another person's debt. People incur this debt when they wrong you, but you can play your part in healing the rift by paying it inward. You also have the responsibility to approach the person to tell them they have wronged you and if they repent, to pursue reconciliation and fellowship with them. Wrongdoing creates a distance between the offender and the offended that requires healing. This is how you conquer resentment and stop the subconscious transmission of hurt to other people. But forgiveness doesn't mean a lack of accountability or forgoing justice. People who commit crimes must understand the consequences and repent so that they don't harm others. Forgiveness is different from pride, honour or taking a morally superior ground. It's a supreme gift of love that we must give endlessly

Gratitude turned my focus from what I didn’t have to all the blessings I overlooked. It reminded me that even on the hardest days, there’s always something to be thankful for. Today, I feel lighter, happier, and more present. Gratitude didn’t just change my perspective; it changed my life. Luke 18:1 KJV When was the last time you felt like giving up? If we are honest with ourselves, each of us has moments when we feel overwhelmed, discouraged, and frustrated. I have been there. There have been times in which I personally prayed to God for a specific answer to prayer, yet it seemed as if God did not hear. All of us have requests that we have brought before God, perhaps even for years, requests that would be to His glory if answered, yet it seems like God is not answering His phone nor has He checked His voicemail. One of the most difficult aspects of prayer is persevering when it seems that God is not answering. How do you have faith when God remains silent? My friend, what do you do when it seems like God is playing a good game of hide-and-go-seek with you? What do you do when your prayers seem to be unanswered! What do you do, when God doesn’t move in the way that you think He should move it? What do you do, when it seems like God is not listening! Here’s what you ought to do, KEEP on Praying! KEEP on believing! KEEP on having Faith in God! Because God knows what He’s doing! The Lord Jesus knows the weakness of our flesh and that we are prone to lose heart. In light of that, Jesus gave His disciples and us a parable in Luke 18:1-8 “to show that at all times we ought to always pray and not lose heart.” Keep the faith! This parable and the one that follows are the only ones where the purpose of the parable is given up front. Jesus knows that we are weak and are prone to be discouraged, lose heart, and quit praying. When we feel like giving up Jesus says in Luke 18:1, 8 “And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint; 8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?” Don’t give up, “Keep the Faith!”

Prayer for those grieving the loss of family- praying for comfort.

James was fast asleep when a loud knock rattled his apartment door. Groggy and annoyed, he glanced at his phone—2:14 AM. Who could it be at this hour? Another knock. “James, it’s me—Daniel! Please, I need your help.” James sighed, rolling out of bed. He opened the door to find his friend looking desperate. “Daniel, what’s going on?” “My sister’s flight got canceled, and she’s stuck at the airport with no place to stay. I promised I’d find her a ride and a place for the night, but my phone just died, and I have no cash for an Uber.” James groaned. “Man, it’s the middle of the night. Can’t she just wait till morning?” “Please,” Daniel begged. “She’s scared, and I can’t leave her there.” James rubbed his face, exhausted. He wanted to say no. But Daniel kept pleading. Finally, James sighed, grabbed his keys, and headed out to the airport. By morning, Daniel texted: Thank you. My sister got here safely. I owe you one. James smiled, remembering something his grandmother used to say: If you ask and keep asking, seek and keep seeking, knock and keep knocking—the door will open. Persistence in asking, especially for what is right, moves hearts and opens doors.

Every great journey begins with a single step of faith. No matter where you are right now, remember that God has a warehouse of strength, resilience, and courage. All you have to do is place the order, and overnight shipping is included for free. Challenges may arise, but they are not roadblocks. They are just stepping stones leading you to the greatest path imaginable. Stay focused, keep pushing forward, and never underestimate the power of perseverance and most of all trust in God. Even the smallest progress is still progress. You are capable, you are worthy, and you are destined for greatness. Keep going, and never stop believing.
