Prayer For Anxiety

Heavenly Father, You see the weight I am carrying, the worries that keep me awake at night, and the fear that grips my heart. I come to You because I need Your peace. I don’t want to experience fear and anxiety. You have called me to trust You, and I want to let go of the things I cannot control. Lord, I release my worries to You. I give You my fears, my doubts, my restless thoughts. I know that holding onto them won’t change anything, but giving them to You changes everything. Teach me to rest in Your promises. You have said that You will never leave me, that You will fight for me, and that Your peace is beyond anything I can comprehend. Let that peace settle in my heart today. When anxious thoughts creep in, remind me to turn to You. When fear tries to take over, remind me of Your faithfulness. Thank You for loving me, for hearing my prayers, and for always being near. I choose to walk in faith, trusting that You are guiding me every step of the way. No matter what I face, I know that You are with me, and that is enough. Amen.

Loving Father, Today, I come to You feeling weak and uncertain. Anxiety grips my heart, and I feel like I don’t have the strength to face the challenges ahead. But I know that You are my refuge and my strong foundation. You have promised never to leave me, and I hold on to that truth. Lord, when my mind fills with fear, remind me that You are bigger than my problems. When my heart feels heavy, lift me up with Your strength. Help me to take one step at a time, knowing that I don’t have to figure everything out on my own. I surrender my fears to You, Lord. Teach me to trust You fully, to lean on Your wisdom instead of my own understanding. Give me courage when I feel weak. Give me peace when I feel overwhelmed. Fill me with Your love, and let that love cast out every fear. Help me to walk in confidence, knowing that You go before me and prepare the way. Thank You for Your faithfulness and for always being by my side. I rest in Your unfailing love today and always. Amen.

Dear God, Right now, my heart feels like a storm, restless and full of worry. My thoughts race, and I struggle to find peace. But You are my refuge, my anchor in every storm. I need You to calm my anxious heart. Remind me that I don’t have to fight these battles alone. You are with me, even in the chaos. Lord, fill me with Your presence. Replace my fear with faith, my worry with trust, and my stress with peace. I surrender every anxious thought to You because I know You hold my life in Your hands. Help me to take deep breaths and remember that You are greater than my fears. Thank You for never leaving me and for surrounding me with Your love. I rest in the truth that You are in control, and I am safe with You. Amen.
